Appointments
We know you have many choices when choosing a dentist in Cleveland, TN so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.

Insurance and Billing

Our practice will be happy to assist you in determining whether your insurance carrier will cover your dental treatment.  If your company does provide a dental benefit, our team will be happy to assist in filing your claim.  However, we do not file claims with Medicare, Tenncare or Americhoice.
